Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years of experience in SWIFT systems
- Expertise in supporting a 24/7 global infrastructure environment
- Knowledge in installation, maintenance, and upgrading of SWIFT systems (hardware/software)
- Familiarity with SNLs, AWP, APIs, and HSMs
- Strong background in interfacing with various internal teams (storage, networking, database administration)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand complex technical environments
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient operation of SWIFT messaging and infrastructure systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of SWIFT systems
- Collaborate with internal teams on technical issues and solutions
- Provide support and troubleshoot problems in a global infrastructure context
- Manage and implement new software and hardware integrations
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations and changes
