Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies: .NET Framework (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET)
- Familiarity with MVC or MVVM architectural patterns
- Proficient in SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Strong SQL capabilities
- Knowledge of RESTful web services and WCF
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: CSS, HTML, JavaScript
- Experience using version control tools such as git and GitHub
- Familiarity with work management systems: JIRA and Azure DevOps
- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline development
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration and IIS configuration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and design abilities
- Understanding of coding best practices and patterns
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Proven ability to collaborate within a team on extensive projects
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to interpret and review business requirements
- Capability to create and maintain technical design documentation
- Strong grasp of enterprise-level system principles (deployment, performance, scalability, availability, security)
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Capacity to perform consistently well under heavy workloads
- Skill in setting and achieving deadlines
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the team to support and enhance enterprise-level software products
- Leading and mentoring fellow developers in technical decision-making
- Contributing to architectural planning for new systems and features
- Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of system support documents
- Assisting in the troubleshooting of software issues and optimization of performance
- Reviewing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Implementing and maintaining coding best practices across the team
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning
- Engaging in unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
- Adapting legacy applications and integrating with modern technologies as needed
- Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to improve our products
