Business Process Automation Analyst - Microsoft Power Platform & AI

At Data Networks, we are in search of a Business Process Automation Specialist to aid both our internal teams and our clients in building solutions that enhance business process workflows, improve data access, and support informed decision-making. In this position, which reports to the President, you will collaborate closely with all departments within Data Networks and with our enterprise and managed IT services clients. You will utilize tools from the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, to develop dashboards, automate business processes, and integrate data across the organization. This role involves balancing internal priorities with billable client work, necessitating both technical expertise and the ability to cooperate effectively across various departments and client environments. We value ongoing learning and encourage our team to stay abreast of the latest industry trends through professional development and certifications. Candidates with experience solely in SQL or business intelligence are unlikely to be suitable for this role; we specifically seek professionals with hands-on experience using Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps, as well as AI-powered tools like Copilot or ChatGPT for building workflow automation and integration solutions.
