Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting or similar roles
- Practical experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, PS)
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP integration concepts and Agile methodologies
- SAP Certified Application Associate preferred, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business needs
- Configure SAP modules to satisfy client requirements under the direction of the Business Solutions Architect
- Create test plans, perform system testing, and assist with user acceptance testing
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend optimal practices
- Draft comprehensive functional specifications, configuration guides, and process documentation
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations
- Engage closely with project managers, developers, and clients to complete projects on schedule and within the defined scope
- Maintain awareness of current SAP technologies and Dassians product offerings to improve solution capabilities using AI for increased efficiency
