Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Over 3 years of professional experience with EDI (experience with Ramp Systems EDI required).
- Proficient in SQL, including the ability to write queries, analyze data, and resolve issues.
- More than 2 years of IT support experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- IT certifications such as A+, Network+, etc. are advantageous.
- Expertise in EDI mapping and warehousing and transportation transaction sets (minimum of 3 years required).
- Practical experience with Ramp Systems Interchange software (minimum of 2 years required).
- Familiarity with 1EDI HQ software is preferred.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows 10/11, and O365.
- Understanding of Active Directory, user management, and basic networking (including DNS, routing, and IP troubleshooting).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new EDI clients, encompassing configuration, mapping, and testing.
- Oversee daily EDI operations, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure a continuous data flow.
- Utilize SQL databases to query, analyze, and rectify transaction-related challenges.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure dependable integrations.
- Regularly assess workflows and suggest enhancements for efficiency.
- Provide Tier One IT support via multiple channels including phone, email, and a ticketing system.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as necessary.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up accounts, licenses, and credentials.
- Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Keep IT checklists, documentation, and troubleshooting guides up to date.

This role, based in person, places a strong emphasis on EDI, where you will be responsible for onboarding clients, managing transaction sets, and ensuring smooth data flows. Additionally, you will provide Tier One IT support to enhance our teams productivity.
