Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated background in office administration, executive assistance, or operational support
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with HR functions, including onboarding and compliance
- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Self-motivated with effective prioritization skills and independent work capability
- Comfortable in a dynamic technical environment involving engineers and leadership
Responsibilities
- Assist with general company operations, including supply management, scheduling, and facility maintenance
- Handle company communications, including email correspondence, incoming calls, and mail processing
- Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and contractors by preparing documentation and coordinating orientations
- Aid in payroll processes, invoice management, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities
- Help maintain employee records and support HR compliance initiatives
- Organize meetings, travel logistics, and company events
- Manage and systematize company documentation and digital files
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace for the team
- Assist company leadership with special projects and operational tasks as required
