Must:

- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in method development, method validation, quality control, biomanufacturing validation, process development, or technology transfer.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Problem-solving aptitude to identify potential obstacles and develop solutions.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and navigate challenges with stakeholders constructively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development aspects of biomanufacturing projects in alignment with client programs and services.
- Utilize department standards and tools to oversee intricate biomanufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Program Managers, and clients to maintain project timelines and communicate updates.
- Track project status, manage changes, and ensure key milestones are met effectively.
- Identify potential challenges proactively and work with cross-functional teams to create actionable solutions.
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and eliminate roadblocks while maintaining professional relationships.
