Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in supporting and managing Dynatrace solutions
- Strong expertise in application performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Infrastructure technologies such as OS, VMWare, Firewalls, and Storage is beneficial
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous
- Proficient in Dynatrace configuration and administration for Dynatrace Managed environments, including Cluster, ActiveGates, and OneAgents
- Skilled in configuring anomaly detection, tagging, problem notification, alerting, and custom integrations
- Ability to optimize Dynatrace settings for actionable insights on system availability, performance, and resource usage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development processes
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level support for Dynatrace-related inquiries
- Address customer inquiries and resolve support tickets promptly
- Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and configuration challenges within Dynatrace environments
- Monitor and manage incidents associated with Dynatrace
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and establish solutions to mitigate future occurrences
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or Dynatrace vendor support when necessary
- Assist in the configuration and optimization of Dynatrace environments
- Implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and reporting to ensure thorough coverage and reduced false positives
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize Dynatrace solutions tailored to specific application and infrastructure requirements
- Provide training to customers and internal teams on Dynatrace features, functionalities, and best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting processes, and FAQs
- Create and update knowledge base articles to empower customers in resolving common issues independently
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in Dynatrace and related technologies
- Identify areas for enhancing support processes and improving customer satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives

This hybrid position allows flexibility, with onsite work required two days per week for candidates located within 25 miles of our offices located in places like Plano, TX, and New York City, NY.
