Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, platform architecture, or AI systems development.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Expertise in machine learning and AI techniques, including statistical modeling and generative AI.
- Experience in researching and prototyping emerging AI technologies, such as agent-based systems.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL and large-scale data environments like Snowflake.
- Ability to design and assess AI experiments, providing clear technical recommendations.
- Innovation-focused mindset, with a knack for identifying and exploring new technological advances.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring within data science teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI research, experimentation, and innovation initiatives to advance DTCCs AI capabilities.
- Explore and evaluate new machine learning, generative AI, and agent-based technologies to solve organizational challenges.
- Lead the creation of proof-of-concept models and prototypes, demonstrating new AI functionalities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate innovative ideas into scalable, practical technical solutions.
- Design and build AI infrastructure that bridges applications with models to support secure AI deployments.
- Manage and optimize AI lifecycle processes, including model evaluation and experimentation.
- Develop AI solutions that effectively address business problems and partner with various teams to transition prototypes into production-ready systems.
