- Identify significant issues and assess their root causes while evaluating potential impacts - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and business partners - Review validations of issues and remediation actions prior to final approval from Team Lead - Understand how various components within the organization interconnect - Lead and manage all phases of complex audit projects - Facilitate clear communication regarding audit reports with auditees - Prepare well-crafted reports requiring minimal edits from team leads and senior management - Oversee the audit lifecycle, ensuring timelines and budgets are met - Complete annual planning within set timelines and budgets - Perform annual risk-based planning - Manage continuous monitoring tests and coordinate the creation of new testing procedures - Demonstrate compliance with internal policies and practices leading to favorable QA outcomes - Reinforce compliance with policies among team members - Collaborate with IAD leadership to enhance policies and procedures - Inspire team performance and provide coaching to junior colleagues - Train and develop team members effectively - Focus on retaining high-quality personnel
