Requirements
Must:
- Entry Level - internship experience highly preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
- General understanding of Information Technology systems
- Familiarity with data analysis and statistical modeling techniques, such as classification models and clustering analysis
- Experience with common business intelligence and data visualization tools, like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with coding in languages such as SQL, Python, or Java
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, technical engineers, and operations teams
- Highly motivated self-learner, capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to evolving priorities
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management is advantageous
- Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus

- Develop and sustain a suite of reports and dashboards that visualize data to convey a business narrative and support decision-making using Identity & Access Management (IAM) metrics regarding:
- Assets under management
- Business-as-Usual (BAU) activity
- Risk level
- Project-based efforts
- Design and maintain data integration from various database and file sources
- Create and oversee data collection and dissemination workflows to promote IAM practices adoption
