Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience of 2-3 years with automated unit and integration testing. - Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Java programming, including Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Streams, and Lambda expressions. - Hands-on experience with Java-based test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit). - Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and dependency management. - Experience with API testing (Rest Assured) and database testing (JDBC/JPA). - Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Snowflake). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Experience in Agile/DevOps environments (preferred). - Background in the Capital Market domain (preferred).

Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and implement test cases based on user stories, presenting results and overseeing defects until resolution. - Develop and maintain Java-based automation scripts for UI, API, and backend testing. - Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles and best practices in automation code. - Conduct API testing using Rest Assured and validate databases using JDBC/JPA. - Monitor test execution progress, report on issues and risks that may impact project timelines. - Create appropriate end-to-end business scenarios by applying a comprehensive understanding of business objectives and goals. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing. - Gain a thorough understanding of the product being delivered. - Ensure compliance with processes and maintain related documentation. - Integrate risk and control processes into daily tasks to supervise and mitigate risks when necessary.
