Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a particular emphasis on endpoint security.
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient hands-on experience with the CrowdStrike platform (EDR, Firewall, Falcon for IT, ITDR, etc.).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity controls for SaaS solutions, Azure AD, and Azure environments.
- Strong grasp of operating systems (Linux/Windows/Mac) as well as common enterprise platforms (servers, networks, applications, databases, cloud).
- Familiarity with endpoint firewall products and basic principles of network security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or other relevant cybersecurity domains are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and upkeep of advanced Endpoint Security solutions like CrowdStrike, Sky High Web Gateway, and other ICAP scanning tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical challenges related to endpoint protection tools, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement security enhancements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the execution of the endpoint security roadmap and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in evaluating new technologies, providing insights on solution design and implementation.
- Ensure comprehensive malware detection coverage across devices capable of CrowdStrike EDR Agent.
- Identify opportunities for automation and help implement automation in Endpoint Security operations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing among the team.
