Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in HVAC, electrical systems, fire and life safety, and PLC/IO diagnostics
- Experience with CMMS, BAS, and technical documentation
- Certification in SPCC, OSHA 10 with Arc Flash, ISO 50001/14001 preferred
- Strong capabilities in vendor management, incident management, financial management, and system integration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and technical reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Support space planning by analyzing spatial requirements and managing relocations
- Oversee the operations, maintenance, and testing of plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical, and fire detection/suppression systems
- Track Purchase Orders and budget adherence
- Monitor building management systems (FMS & BMS)
- Assist in the management and execution of OPEX and CAPEX projects
- Support health and safety initiatives, including workplace risk assessments
- Respond to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilities 24/7
