Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Basic programming skills and log analysis
- Distributed Application troubleshooting and support capabilities
- Familiarity with relational databases such as DB2, Oracle, and Snowflake
- Experience with monitoring and data tools like Splunk, DynaTrace, and Grafana
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Middleware familiarity (Solace, Tomcat, etc.)
- Experience with messaging queue systems (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Awareness of mainframe troubleshooting (COBOL, JCL, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide monitoring and system support for DTCCs production application services
- Deliver 24/7 assistance for event monitoring and incident resolution
- Implement efficiencies and improvements through automation and scripting
- Assist in organizational change and execution of production services
- Support disaster recovery planning and execution, including troubleshooting
- Integrate risk monitoring and control in daily operations to mitigate risks
