IT Business Management Director

- Act as the main liaison between Business and Technology teams - Convert enterprise goals and business requirements into practical IT strategies and roadmaps - Provide guidance to senior leadership on technology implications, opportunities, risks, and dependencies - Lead transformation initiatives company-wide, including modernization, automation, cloud solutions, and data-driven operating models - Establish governance frameworks, performance indicators, and reporting to guarantee transparency and measurable results - Ensure transformation efforts are aligned with enterprise strategy and regulatory demands - Guide CIO/Tech Leadership operational rhythms, strategic planning cycles, and executive reporting - Produce high-quality materials suitable for executive review (Board content, Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic updates, dashboards) - Streamline IT processes, operating models, and tools to improve decision-making and clarity within the organization - Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives across business, technology, and operations - Develop and share engaging communications, strategic documents, transformation narratives, and change management materials - Ensure alignment across distributed teams to clarify priorities, expectations, and outcomes - Lead and enhance a high-performing IT Business Management team (including business managers, strategy analysts, and transformation leads) - Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork - Support career growth and advocate for diversity, inclusion, and effective cross-functional collaboration
