Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to effectively navigate within a large matrix organization and drive enterprise-centric thinking
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to translate intricate technical and financial subjects into easily understandable concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering consensus in a diverse, global team
- Quick learner who works efficiently with little guidance and can take initiative when necessary
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and adaptability to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical, strategic, and operational support to the EPPE Business Office
- Create detailed communications and presentations for significant business reviews with senior management and the board
- Assist with department-level reporting tasks
- Balance support for immediate business needs with long-term company objectives
- Aid in monitoring technology performance, new goals, and operational processes driven by leadership
- Support key EPPE performance metrics
- Assist in leadership meetings, business unit reviews, investment planning, and technology strategy discussions
- Manage the resource and location strategy for the EPPE organization
- Reduce risk by adhering to established protocols and identifying critical errors while demonstrating strong ethical standards
