Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory
- Previous internship experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Audio-Visual support (Cisco/Crestron systems)
- Ability to perform Home Support Visits
- Experience with Ping ID Authentication Manager
- Proficiency in documenting work and understanding technical procedures
- Capability to utilize ServiceNow for managing technology service calls and incidents
- Strong understanding of network transfer protocols for supported services
- Extensive knowledge of Apple technology (Mac OS, iCloud, iPad OS, and iPhones)
- Capacity to handle various incidents, requests, and communications, both standard and non-standard
- Deep technical problem-solving abilities are essential
- Must demonstrate ownership of incident resolution and effectively manage resources for solutions
- Ability to communicate transparently with senior Technology management as needed
Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and tasks through our incident management tool, ServiceNow, while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide the highest level of technology support to VIP clients, including C-Suite executives and external board members
- Facilitate ongoing assistance for senior management, addressing any technology-related issues and inquiries
- Act as the primary point of contact for technology concerns from senior management, coordinating communication effectively
- Gain an understanding of available technology resources and articulate their benefits and drawbacks to senior leaders
- Collaborate with other teams to research and implement both standard and customized solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours support as needed
- Travel to various office locations to provide on-site support when required
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and DTCCs virtual infrastructure
