Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete technical execution scope for major enterprise initiatives including Client Interfaces Modernization and Ground-to-Cloud, focusing on machine-to-machine middleware services
- Act as the primary technical integration leader for middleware platforms such as messaging, event streaming, file transfer, APIs, and edge connectivity
- Lead the resolution of cross-platform and cross-team technical design challenges
- Ensure architectural consistency, integration integrity, and adherence to standards across all middleware implementations
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Delivery Solutions (EDS), EPMO, and program leadership to synchronize middleware execution timelines with application and business objectives
- Drive results from intra-team and cross-team technical design discussions
- Provide technical direction and integration supervision to delivery teams without direct people management
