Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree preferred; Masters or equivalent experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum
- Strong grasp of software development methodologies
- Proficient in work management tools such as JIRA
- Knowledge in financial services operations and risk management
- Proven ability to execute against product vision and translate into product roadmap

- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills using charts and infographics
- Demonstrated capability in managing teams and engaging stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Translate the product vision and roadmap into deliverables and release plans
- Manage the squads backlog effectively
- Document clear and consistent requirements using JIRA and other management tools
- Act as Product Owner in an Agile environment, ensuring internal team collaboration for new feature implementations
- Review and either accept or reject backlog items based on established criteria
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients into future backlog items
- Manage multiple priorities and demands effectively
- Facilitate external working groups and relevant subject matter discussions
- Aid in product training efforts for both internal and external clients, including documentation and training sessions
- Serve as a subject matter expert in your product area, attending meetings with clients where necessary
- Identify project risks and escalate them to management, following procedures to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance in solution development
