Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles
- Proven leadership skills and ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Exceptional discipline in project delivery within regulated environments
- Strong executive-level communication abilities and stakeholder management
- Effective decision-making skills based on risk assessment and judgment under pressure
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of cyber security engineering projects from initiation to production
- Convert security strategies, regulatory needs, and risk focuses into actionable technical plans
- Ensure that solutions are delivered in a timely manner, within defined scope, and align with security goals
- Oversee delivery across multiple security initiatives, including cloud security, vulnerability management, and identity access management
- Collaborate with Cyber Security Architects and Engineering Leads
- Validate that technical designs are secure, scalable, and maintainable
- Ensure solutions conform to established security architecture standards and control frameworks
- Possess enough technical insight to challenge assumptions and pinpoint delivery risks
