- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience - Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience - In-depth understanding of risk-focused testing environments and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Capability to translate intricate business and risk requirements into executable outcomes - Proven track record of overseeing planning, execution, and validation processes - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on stakeholder interaction and documentation - Attention to detail, risk-conscious, and willing to challenge assumptions - Growth-oriented mindset with an interest in automation and procedural enhancement

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, and workshops - Compose business requirements and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria in conjunction with subject matter experts and IT - Act as the primary point of contact between IT and business for requirements discussions - Grasp software development and technical concepts to convey them to non-technical stakeholders - Assist in generating and maintaining comprehensive documentation supporting business procedures, requirements, and project upgrades - Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, risk analysts, and tech delivery teams for business requirement gathering and user acceptance testing - Evaluate requirements from the users perspective to ensure testing plans align with business needs, identifying and documenting test cases and approaches - Manage the development and execution of end-to-end test cases, coordinating efforts with both internal and external parties - Communicate project status and any concerns regarding quality or timelines to stakeholders - Prepare necessary data for testing application functionality in complex systems and help implement performance-improving changes - Organize, estimate, and carry out business validation, including test case execution and reporting on validation status - Contribute to user acceptance sign-off prior to production launches - Provide validation during implementation and post-implementation support - Conduct regression testing for product modifications - Mitigate risks by adhering to established procedures and monitoring controls, identifying key errors, and exhibiting strong ethical practices - Collaborate with Counterparty Credit Risk and Systemic Risk teams to recognize business needs and automation opportunities - Lead training sessions and demonstrations of new automation to ensure understanding among the CCR and SRO teams
