Requirements
Must:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in security/platform engineering or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Strong grasp of privileged account lifecycle, credential vaulting, and session management
- Proficiency in automation tools (Jenkins, Python, Groovy, or similar) and integration with CI/CD and ITSM platforms
- Familiarity with Windows, Unix/Linux, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and audit procedures in financial or heavily regulated sectors
- Experience leading engineering teams for a minimum of 3 years

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and development roadmap for the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform
- Implement advanced features such as Just-In-Time (JIT) access, session recording, credential vaulting, and API integrations
- Establish governance policies regarding privileged account management and ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, and internal standards
- Integrate PAM into CI/CD workflows and develop automation scripts and connectors
- Oversee PAM system performance, respond to incidents involving privileged access breaches, and perform root-cause analyses
- Provide regular updates on platform health, strategic direction, and risk assessments to senior management
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, setting objectives and promoting continuous skill development
- Participate in disaster recovery drills to ensure PAM resilience in emergency scenarios
