Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Preferred bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Over 8 years of expertise in security or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of privileged account lifecycle, including credential vaulting and session management
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Python, Groovy) and integration with CI/CD and ITSM systems
- Familiarity with Windows, Unix/Linux, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud settings
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and auditing processes in financial sectors
- Experience with Bravura PAM or similar enterprise PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk) is a plus
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures, API integrations, and advanced PAM functionalities (JIT, ephemeral credentials)
- Knowledge of risk frameworks and automation of auditing evidence

Responsibilities
- Lead the PAM platform strategy and establish a roadmap; ensure architecture supports scalability, high availability, and integration with enterprise IAM and security measures
- Enhance the platforms capabilities by implementing advanced features such as JIT access, session recording, credential vaulting, and standardizing new system onboarding
- Create and enforce governance policies for privileged account lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with password protocols and audit requirements
- Integrate PAM into CI/CD processes and workflows; develop scripts and connectors for automated account provisioning and session oversight
- Monitor PAM system performance, respond to incidents regarding privileged access breaches, and conduct thorough analyses and rectifications
- Engage with stakeholders to update them on platform health, planned developments, and risk management; manage vendor relations and licensing issues
- Build and cultivate a high-performing engineering team; set performance goals, mentor on PAM best practices, and encourage ongoing professional growth
- Participate in disaster recovery drills and guarantee PAM resilience during regional disruptions
