Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of experience in risk management or technical auditing
- Proven track record in leading and executing IT Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Strong capability in producing IT quarterly risk reports for senior management
- Expertise in defining, analyzing, and interpreting IT risk metrics
- In-depth knowledge of core IT processes and technologies, including application development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Experience in conducting risk assessments in complex IT environments
- Strong business insight, aligning IT risk evaluations with business objectives
- Hands-on experience analyzing IT asset inventories to identify systemic risks
- Demonstrated skills in incident and root cause analysis, contributing to risk assessments
Responsibilities
- Support and conduct targeted IT risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks
- Manage daily IT risk management activities, such as risk and controls assessments
- Collaborate with the IT Risk Management team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Maintain and improve the IT risk management framework, tools, and processes
- Identify new risks and monitor existing risks, escalating key issues as necessary
- Aid IT management in keeping an accurate Process, Risk, and Control library
- Formulate and administer IT risk management policies and procedures
- Provide consultations on risk and control effectiveness to enhance management awareness
- Liaise with Technology Risk and other subject matter experts to ensure risk identification and communication
