Requirements
Must:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with senior management in business, technology, and control groups
- Proficient in collaborating and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Capacity to act as a technology leader in driving organizational objectives
- Skillful in translating data (financial and IT-related) into actionable insights
- Competence in influencing peers and leaders on IT investment strategies
- Familiarity with IT portfolio governance, allocations, and business chargeback
- Understanding of IT project management in a large IT framework
- Knowledgeable in IT Financial Management as it pertains to project finances
- Proficient in analyzing large data sets to quickly identify trends and opportunities
Responsibilities
- Assist with IT Investment Governance focusing on Support Business Applications (SBA)
- Enhance visibility into SBA by aligning application expenses with supported services to improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) transparency
- Conduct ongoing monthly and quarterly financial and portfolio assessments
- Facilitate annual planning and long-term forecasting activities
- Play a significant role in the transition from PPM to Planview
- Analyze interdependencies across IT projects including financial impacts, resource limitations, risk management, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment
- Provide insights and recommendations to aid management in prioritization decisions
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership and Finance to promote informed decision-making
