Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, and Azure Storage
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including Microsoft Active Directory
- Proven ability to design resilient and highly available cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and automation pipelines
- Proficiency in CI/CD platforms, particularly Azure DevOps
- Experience with Git for version management
- Familiarity with Azure networking including hybrid connectivity
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems in cloud environments
- Proficient in scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Azure CLI
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef or Puppet
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of cloud security principles and governance frameworks
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- Azure certifications like AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400 are preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage enterprise Microsoft Azure cloud environments, covering provisioning, configuration, monitoring, governance, and security
- Architect and implement highly available and resilient multi-region Azure solutions in line with best practices
- Migrate on-premises infrastructure services to advanced cloud-based Azure platforms
- Evaluate current operational standards and governance frameworks, driving continuous enhancements
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing tools like Terraform and Azure CLI
- Create and deploy Azure resources through automation pipelines and CI/CD tooling
- Collaborate with technology risk, cybersecurity, and IT architecture stakeholders to implement security measures across Azure environments
- Assist application teams in transitioning and modernizing workloads on Azure
- Ensure infrastructure meets DTCCs performance, reliability, and capacity standards
- Work with Cloud Networking Engineering to design and implement Azure networking solutions
- Manage and secure Azure environments using native Azure tools
- Administer VDI workloads hosted on Windows in cloud environments
- Employ scripting and automation scripts in PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Azure CLI
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or similar platforms
- Utilize Git for source control and version management
