Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Over 7 years of experience in supporting enterprise server environments
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management
- Proficient in Windows Server administration, networking basics, and PowerShell automation
- Experience with backup systems and enterprise storage solutions
- Solid knowledge of security principles, identity management, and cloud governance

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain both virtual and physical server infrastructure
- Oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, upgrades, and lifecycle management of virtual infrastructure
- Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, and Group Policy
- Administer enterprise storage solutions and SAN/NAS systems supporting VMware workloads
- Support backup and disaster recovery measures; engage in business continuity and disaster recovery testing
- Monitor infrastructure health and respond swiftly to incidents to minimize downtime
- Manage core Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
- Configure and support Azure AD identity services, conditional access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and role-based access
- Oversee compliance, security, and data governance functionalities
- Administer endpoint management via Intune, focusing on device configuration, patching, and policy enforcement
- Troubleshoot issues related to mail flow, Teams performance, SharePoint permissions, authentication, and integrations
- Respond to escalations and resolve complex issues, ensuring root-cause analysis for ongoing problems
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software support and issue resolution
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation activities
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with company security policies
- Maintain security logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to identify anomalies and performance issues
