Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supporting AI implementation, digital transformation, or data science projects in a business context.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies with familiarity in AI tools and cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools such as GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, CoPilot, and similar platforms.
- Experience in designing and conducting both technical and non-technical training sessions.
- An analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making and process enhancement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to business users on the effective utilization of AI-generated content, including refining prompts and optimizing automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI and workflow-related challenges, offering prompt support to maintain smooth user interactions.
- Create and conduct training sessions on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms.
- Organize workshops, office hours, and webinars aimed at educating business users about AI technologies and their benefits.
- Develop educational materials and resources to help employees grasp AI concepts and investigate practical applications.
- Formulate use cases and prompt libraries tailored to user needs and business practices.
- Monitor adoption metrics and usage statistics to evaluate effectiveness and promote ongoing improvements.
- Prepare and present high-quality internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
