Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong technical acumen with a thorough understanding of software and hardware internals
- Proven ability to lead across various teams and collaborate effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Capable of managing multiple projects while addressing ongoing product maintenance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to uncertain situations and learn quickly
- Position based in Concord, NC
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in a technical field alongside an MBA
- Desired experience in Agile software development methodologies
- Familiarity with digital imaging technologies including photo, printing, and color management
Responsibilities
- Supervise the functionality and performance of photo fulfillment systems in retail environments
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from vision and strategy to deployment and retirement
- Act as the primary liaison for product-related issues, collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams
- Gain deep insights into retail customers and competitors to enhance product success
- Define and prioritize software requirements focusing on features, use cases, and workflows
- Create and manage customized solutions for retailers, integrating hardware components and configurations
- Lead customer integrations, field trials, and product launches, participating on-site when necessary
- Perform project management tasks as needed to ensure project timelines are met
- Provide training for marketing, sales, and technical support staff
- Travel for trade shows and customer engagements as needed
- Promote innovation and customer-centric approaches within DNP

We are a 100 percent U.S. subsidiary of Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP), the leading manufacturer of dye-sublimation media for photo printers globally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee a vital product category, focusing on the development and management of photo kiosks and retail ID photography systems.
