Scrum Master with Azure DevOps expertise

- Oversee project(s) by applying standard project management methodologies and tools - Act as Scrum Master for various projects - Develop and utilize a detailed project plan to track and communicate project deliverables - Coordinate issue resolution, risk management, escalate concerns, and facilitate decision-making processes - Create and implement essential metrics to track and report on project progression and value - Facilitate different scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Grooming and Planning sessions, Demos, and Retrospectives to further the Agile vision of the department - Foster an atmosphere where team members feel comfortable voicing project concerns without fear of blame - Collaborate with management to enhance efficiencies across projects while applying lessons learned - Partner with intra and inter-departmental Project Managers and Scrum Masters to manage dependencies - Provide concise and tailored project status updates for various audiences including project teams, stakeholders, and executives - Develop and maintain current and future workflow documentation and other project-related documents - Proactively identify trends during project execution and suggest improvements - Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by departmental management
