Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of SAP PLM PDMPPM
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation
- Extensive experience in configuring and testing the SAP PLM module
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in SAP PLM S4 including EHS Specification Recipe Management, ECM Engineering Change Management, Product Versioning, BOM alternatives, Master Recipes, and DMS
- Ability to configure Engineering Records, Workflows, and Global process route templates
- Proficient in configuring workflows within Fiori Web UI
- Experience with synchronization of Recipes to BOM, change management through workflows, and data conversion using BODS
- Familiarity with DMS configuration, PPM documents, and business partner configurations
- Experience in creating design documents and coordinating with ABAP teams
- Knowledge of PPM reports in BW and Dashboard report formatting
- Troubleshooting skills for user-reported issues and integration problems
- Understanding of Agile SDK, PX, Events, WSX, ACS, and data loading processes
- Knowledge of SAP Frontend Applications like UI5 (Fiori) and NWBC
- Familiarity with third-party tools such as Seal Systems and xECM/Open Text
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement SAP PLM PDMPPM within the team
- Analyze, design, and build PLM processes catering to our industry needs
- Configure and conduct extensive testing of the SAP PLM module
- Communicate effectively across varying levels within the organization to influence and provide guidance
- Configure solutions involving Engineering Change Management, Recipe Management, and more within PLM
- Develop Engineering Records and related workflows, ensuring smooth process execution
- Implement workflows using Fiori Web UI for efficiency
- Manage synchronization of Recipes with BOM and oversee change management tasks
- Convert and manage data utilizing BODS while ensuring proper mapping of specifications
- Create design documents and collaborate with ABAP teams for technical specifications
- Generate and format PPM reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Address user issues and provide troubleshooting support for integration challenges
- Leverage knowledge of tools and applications to enhance PLM functionalities
