Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments
- Over 6 years of practical IT support experience in a managed services setting
- Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Knowledgeable in networking principles and troubleshooting methods
- Experience with Azure and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple client settings
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Windows-based server and workstation environments
- Resolve escalated technical issues related to systems, networking, and cloud services
- Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, user access, and security configurations
- Assist in network administration for LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and switches
- Support Azure environments, including virtual machines, backups, and basic cloud services
- Maintain and support virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
- Clearly and consistently document systems, processes, and resolutions
- Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and provide training and technical guidance
- Deliver professional and responsive customer support in line with MSP best practices
