Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical IT experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider or similar setting
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- A reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license (essential for field work)
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and fundamental networking principles
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Offer Level 1 IT support through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Diagnose hardware, software, and basic networking challenges across various client settings
- Execute system maintenance, updates, and user assistance
- Log work into a ticketing system and escalate more complex issues as necessary
- Provide on-site technical support at client locations (around 35% of the responsibilities)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and prompt service
