Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex data-driven environments.
- Skilled in SQL with at least 5+ years of practical experience, ideally with Oracle DBMS.
- Strong background in database design, data modeling, and normalization techniques.
- Proven track record analyzing extensive datasets within intricate data structures.
- Solid understanding of capital markets, financial products, and price reference data.
- Experienced in delivering full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, documentation, development oversight, UAT, and go-live.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; capable of engaging with both technical teams and business leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive and intricate datasets to evaluate data quality, coverage, and structure.
- Design and implement robust data models and database schemas.
- Standardize and harmonize diverse data into a consolidated logical model.
- Write and execute advanced SQL queries across various relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Collaborate with technology, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Develop use cases and oversee testing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with developers and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
- Drive project execution, including planning, implementation, and post-launch support.

Our team is dedicated to developing innovative technology solutions and operational frameworks that manage critical data, including pricing and holiday/calendar information, thereby enhancing business intelligence and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Price and Calendar Technology team plays a pivotal role in creating a centralized platform that manages price and holiday reference data for over 300 downstream systems, essential for trading accuracy and regulatory reporting. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (VP level) who will spearhead the design and implementation of the Price Master Central (PMC) platform, ensuring unified processes and data integrity across various legal entities and business lines.
