Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics
- At least four years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Database Development utilizing PL/SQL and SQL
- Proven expertise in the software development life cycle
- Demonstrated experience with ETL processes, Data Analysis, and both Logical and Physical Database design
- Familiarity with creating business requirement documents, functional designs, and testing documentation
- Adept at writing stored procedures, functions, and packages according to business requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and daily administration of databases and servers under direct supervision
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Data Architects to design, develop, and maintain database objects
- Create and uphold system and user documentation
- Provide database support to agency staff as needed
