Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of experience in Application DBA and database performance tuning
- Proven expertise in Oracle GoldenGate and designing high availability systems
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and mentoring
- Ability to prioritize complex tasks and achieve results in a dynamic setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
- Masters degree (preferred)

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead administration and development efforts for application databases
- Modify and refine data models (logical & physical), implement changes, and create CI/CD deployment packages using tools such as Client Project
- Facilitate transitions to UAT, Production, and COB environments following SDLC practices
- Design and implement robust and high-performance database solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot performance challenges using tools like AWR, ADDM, and ASH
- Administer and enhance Oracle 19c/23ai, including developing procedures, triggers, packages, and indexes
- Collaborate on the architecture of data warehouses, star schemas, and normalization
- Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, and ACFS on RedHat Linux (RHEL 7/8) systems
- Assist in the implementation and upkeep of Oracle GoldenGate 12c/19c/23ai
- Utilize DevOps tools like UDeploy, Ansible, Autosys, and perform scripting in Shell/Python
- Oversee database compression, purging, and retention strategies
- Participate in weekend deployments to ensure system stability and availability
- Provide guidance and leadership to mid-level DBAs and developers
- Engage with cross-functional teams for system integration and enhancement deployment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, including TPAM, CyberArk, and ServiceNow usage.
