Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience - U.S. Citizenship is mandatory - At least 5 years of professional software development experience - Proficient in developing software with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio C# - Experience in maintaining embedded C++ code - Relevant industry experience in automated test systems or similar environments - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized with a focus on quality, detail, and efficiency - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings - Skills in managing time, priorities, and multiple projects - Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential information - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods - Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across the organization

Responsibilities

- Research, design, and develop software for computers and networks, plus specialized utility programs - Analyze user and system requirements to formulate effective software solutions - Lead software projects from initial concept to final completion, ensuring quality and performance standards are met - Supervise software architecture and design for new product development - Develop and implement software utilizing Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio (C#) - Support and maintain both new and existing software for automated test equipment - Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware systems - Ensure system specifications and performance requirements are comprehensively addressed - Work together with product management, project management, engineering teams, and customers - Develop, deploy, and support assigned software tasks - Guide and mentor team members by sharing knowledge and providing technical leadership - Assist with troubleshooting analog and digital hardware in relation to software systems
