Requirements
Must:
- 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in technical product management, business analysis, or related roles
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives with a broad scope and significant business impact
- Extensive experience in Agile environments, particularly with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certifications)
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and release management for Salesforce
- Demonstrated success managing products or features across multiple teams or Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and requirements traceability
- Expert knowledge of SAFe principles, ART coordination, and Program Increment planning
- Strong knowledge of product roadmap development and strategic planning
- Advanced analytical skills for conducting impact and feasibility analyses with cost-benefit evaluations
- Ability to perform KPI forecasting and outcome prediction
- Technical background with understanding of software development and system architecture
- Experience aligning product strategy with business strategy and company objectives
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
- Excellent communication skills suitable for presenting to executive audiences
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage projects independently with a broad scope
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification highly desirable
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on value, risk, and effort
- Ensure requirements rigor, traceability, and readiness at the solution level across multiple ARTs
- Validate that all requirements align directly with business strategy and organizational objectives
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Conduct comprehensive impact and feasibility assessments for proposed features and capabilities
- Develop cost-benefit analyses, ROI projections, and KPI forecasts for strategic initiatives
- Evaluate resource requirements, timelines, risks, and technical dependencies across systems
- Establish and monitor feedback loops to measure product success and business impact
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities
- Facilitate strategic discussions to shape trade-offs between competing priorities
- Define and own features or capabilities that span multiple Agile Release Trains
- Manage cross-ART coordination ensuring alignment and synchronized delivery of solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps that align with Center and Field goals and objectives
- Communicate roadmaps effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic vision
