Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; Masters or higher degree preferred
- 8 years of software engineering experience, preferably within a subscription-based industry
- Proven implementation experience with high-volume, low-latency data pipelines in cloud infrastructures
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping, or Okta
- Strong full-stack development capabilities along with substantial team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Knowledge of project management and development frameworks, especially Agile and Scrum, as well as tools like Jira
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to varied audiences and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, taking a strategic, data-oriented approach to decision-making
- Ability to drive business value through effective technology delivery and may require background checks due to access to proprietary data
Responsibilities
- Oversee the application release processes, ensuring the delivery of prioritized business functions
- Hold product teams accountable for the quality and timely delivery of requirements; work collaboratively to enhance end-to-end efficiency
- Guide teams in developing delivery strategies that foresee risks and enhance quality and predictability
- Promote technical delivery standards and efficiency through modern methodologies, including pipeline automation and AI-driven productivity tools
- Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and adherence to applicable regulatory standards, particularly in security, reliability, and performance
- Address and resolve scheduling and budgetary challenges that arise from evolving requirements or technical impediments
- Balance time to market with program priorities and team efficiency while solving problems
- Collaborate with operations teams to support newly launched functionality, managing defect prioritization and addressing product change requests
- Provide technical advice to business partners on appropriate solutions
