Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Promote the services of the Oral Surgery Practice within a designated area
- Collaborate with the office and marketing team to devise strategic plans for generating new business
- Spend significant time establishing and nurturing referral relationships with local dental practices
- Partner with Surgeons to develop marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Conduct meetings with dentists and practice staff, both scheduled and impromptu, to enhance patient referrals
- Maintain positive relationships with dentists and their administrative teams
- Stay informed about local competitors and market trends
- Identify new surgeons, services, and referral opportunities
- Present potential business partnerships to management
- Share information about events and services with referral sources
- Create and implement quarterly engagement campaigns
- Assist in selecting educational methods for Continuing Education, including course arrangements and attendee outreach
- Organize educational and social events for local referral sources, including venue and catering selection
- Create and publish original content for social media platforms
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and contacts
- Provide management with regular updates on results through weekly reports or as needed
