Responsibilities
- Render technical support for desktops, networks, printers, email services, and cloud solutions.
- Address and resolve tickets via remote assistance or on-site visits.
- Maintain documentation of work in our internal ticketing system adhering to ITIL practices.
- Elevate issues when necessary and ensure they are resolved.
- Collaborate with team members to exchange knowledge and enhance workflows.
- Interact with clients in a professional, clear, and upbeat manner.
