Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to sensitive customer requirements.
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong communication skills essential for effective coordination of integration and certification activities across diverse engineering teams and support organizations.
- Experience in requirements decomposition and system architecture design.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis to support product development and integration efforts.
- Contribute to design reviews and provide engineering assessments for product deliverables.
- Design and execute system evaluation procedures for lab and flight integration events.
- Characterize and document anomalies, and troubleshoot system and subsystem issues.
- Perform system data analysis and document integration activities throughout the product lifecycle in a Science and Technology (S&T) environment.
- Generate and execute test plans for Test and Evaluation activities.
- Plan and coordinate the integration of RF subsystems into a comprehensive communications system.
- Communicate project status with technical teams and leadership effectively.
- Develop presentations on program status and technical elements for team members and leadership.
- Analyze complex challenges during system design and anomaly corrections, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Address anomalies and seek resolutions through the Document Change Request Board (DCRB) process.
- Collaborate with project officers to ensure an intuitive pilot vehicle interface.
