Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to sensitive customer requirements.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.
- Must be eligible for and able to maintain a security clearance throughout the assignment.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is required.
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance is essential.
- Proficient in interpreting flow charts and Assembly Language.
- Self-motivated with an ability to research executables and scripts by analyzing source code.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and tact.
- Ability to work independently while being a part of a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with low-level software design and structured software development methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct software product and process evaluations using established standards and checklists to ensure the accuracy of requirements, deliverables, phase activities, milestones, and releases.
- Validate the integrity of software build processes and the content of delivered products.
- Engage in product inspections throughout various phases of the software lifecycle.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve reported software anomalies.
- Report any non-compliance issues to the Software Development Team Lead or their designee.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives as assigned.
