Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship required due to customer-related sensitivities.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline alongside 5 years of pertinent experience.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- 5+ years in product management within customer-facing technology.
- 2+ years utilizing testing and research methodologies like A/B testing and usability studies.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with analytics and dashboard tools, such as Google Analytics or Looker.
- 2+ years experience with agile and lean practices.
- Proven track record managing medium to large-scale products through all development phases.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
- Profound understanding of business strategies and metrics.
- Capacity to operate at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
- Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a bustling work atmosphere.
- Innovative mindset focusing on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to product line managers in daily operations of developed software applications.
- Foster a comprehensive understanding of our internal and external customers needs and use cases.
- Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the product area.
- Develop the product roadmap, ensuring alignment of initiatives with business objectives.
- Document product specifications and user stories to facilitate effective implementation of new features.
- Cultivate robust relationships throughout the organization to ensure roadmap transparency and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with data analysts, engineers, and UX/UI teams to achieve roadmap targets.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to drive continuous improvement of the product experience.
