Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Level Clearance.
- Bachelors Degree with 15 years of directly relevant experience, including 8 years within the DoD.
- Experience contributing to product and platform vision, developing strategy aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Proficiency in full-stack development using object-oriented programming languages and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and React.
- Skill in designing and implementing APIs.
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability principles for enterprise-level software systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly in designing efficient and reliable data solutions.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools for managing complex workflows.
- Proven ability to lead agile software teams successfully.
Responsibilities
- Translate mission requirements and compliance needs into effective solutions within our teams capabilities.
- Strengthen the stability, resiliency, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems supporting global major commands and warfighters.
- Lead integration initiatives with external entities for data sharing.
- Discover and evaluate new capabilities, particularly those leveraging emerging technologies.
- Track team progress towards goals, identify risks, and eliminate obstacles as needed.
- Influence decisions regarding tools, frameworks, and operational processes.
- Seek opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Enterprise Architect to provide expert guidance to program leadership and external partners, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that align with the needs of the warfighter and advance national security objectives. This full-time position can be based at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA, or may offer remote work options.
