Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to sensitive customer requirements
- High School diploma/GED with 20 years of relevant data analysis experience, Associates degree plus 14 years, or Bachelors degree plus 12 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Apache Spark, and Hadoop for processing large datasets
- Proficiency in Python and VBA for data analysis, scripting, automation, and reporting dashboard tools
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Air Force or Navy operations and tactics
- Demonstrated understanding of fighter aircraft and operational testing methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant Air Force Instructions (AFIs), AFMAN 91-201, DoDI 6055.9, along with other applicable instructions and standards related to operational testing
- Ability to devise and implement data management strategies that align with Operational Test analysis requirements
- Experience in developing test plans, test reports, and various formal technical documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership and management experience essential for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) to the United Operational Test Team (UOTT) and the Air Dominance Division
- Shape and manage end-to-end data infrastructure and analytic processes driving operational test and evaluation (OT&E)
- Develop and oversee data requirements, procedures, and governance
- Build and maintain analysis tools, manage test data, and produce high-impact technical deliverables
- Lead initiatives to develop, coordinate, and sustain a unified data-analysis toolset across AFOTEC Detachment 6 sites
- Ensure consistent and efficient analytics across the enterprise
- Assist Operations and Data Analysts in managing and enhancing data workflows
- Organize data, streamline database processes, and optimize tools on existing data infrastructures
- Facilitate efficient data movement between test sites
- Supervise and monitor the technical deployment of data analysis networks and troubleshoot issues
- Align data analysis networks with data analysis requirements and identify potential bottlenecks in performance
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and network engineering teams to integrate new software and procedures to improve data processes
