Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to sensitive customer requirements
- Must possess a Secret clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance
- Bachelors degree with 15 years of relevant experience in the designated technical/professional field, including 10 years in the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Comprehensive understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF), focusing on project progression from Step 1 to Step 5
- Experience in Vulnerability Management, specifically with Tenable Nessus (ACAS-DoD version)
- Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- CISSP Certification is required
- Desired experience with Cross Domain Solutions and USAF CDS-E
- Knowledge of Cloud Service Models
- Expertise in Supply Chain Security and NIAP
- Understanding of DoD Cybersecurity Policies and Procedures
- Background in Network Security and Endpoint protections
- Awareness of DoD Impact Levels and NSA Type 1 encryption
- Experience collaborating with a Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) - 16th Air Force
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of System Security Management Plans, Program Protection Plans, Security Risk Analyses, and OPSEC Plans
- Support Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) activities by assessing and guiding the quality and completeness of related tasks and artifacts
- Update, oversee, and manage information systems for the program office
- Process and oversee user account requests and implement necessary tool management
- Manage system port/protocol and access control list requirements
- Handle Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) identification and authorization processes
- Oversee the distribution, implementation, and tracking of system security updates as required by the DoD
- Propose policies and procedures to maintain system reliability and accessibility, preventing unauthorized access
- Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to determine threats and protective measures needed
- Raise security awareness among management and integrate sound security principles within organizational goals
- Perform evaluations, audits, and reviews of systems security
- Advise on contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures for system security
- Develop programs to ensure user compliance with system security policies and procedures
