Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to customer sensitivity
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or Masters degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work on-site; remote work is not an option
- Must be eligible to obtain and retain a Top Secret clearance
- Travel may be necessary
- Familiarity with F/A-18 or EA-18G aircraft platforms is advantageous
- Knowledge of Mission Planning is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Mission Systems team integration activities for F/A-18 & EA-18G aircraft
- Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, program managers, and sponsors for Joint Mission Planning System projects
- Engage with various stakeholders, including Program Offices and external organizations, on JMPS integration and project planning
- Develop and present updates on program status, technical challenges, timelines, and budgets to contractors and management
- Provide expert technical advice regarding JMPS to managers and peers
- Act as an Initiative Architect for software changes related to JMPS and relevant subsystems
- Create integration plans and requirements documents for the software development and verification phases
- Conduct engineering analyses and provide solutions for complex design challenges and anomalies
- Ensure the generation of required documentation for all testing procedures according to established standards
