Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to sensitive customer requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance is required with SCI eligibility
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in the DoD sector (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud computing systems, including cost and performance management
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principles
- Strong understanding of systems acquisition and program management principles as outlined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75
- In-depth familiarity with qualitative and quantitative techniques for assessing acquisition program effectiveness and efficiency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of producing high-quality acquisition and program documentation, including briefings and plans
Responsibilities
- Provide Systems Engineering support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM)
- Assist in the integration and development of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network for operational superiority
- Collaborate with Mission Integration Teams (MITs) on various focus areas including Air, Maritime, and Land
- Translate operational and functional requirements into technical specifications through Operational Analysis
- Design capability architecture ensuring integration and interoperability with the broader DAF C3BM systems
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with Science & Technology for risk mitigation strategies
- Manage execution strategies by relaying capability requirements to the Acquisition Community
- Develop a Test and Evaluation Strategy in collaboration with the Acquisition and Test & Evaluation Communities
- Promote connectivity among DAF systems for enhanced sensor-to-shooter operations
- Engage with joint and coalition partners to assess and improve architecture design for seamless interoperability
- Identify and cultivate innovative concepts and solutions to meet current and future Air Force requirements through advanced analytics and modeling

Based out of Hanscom AFB, MA, or Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, we are dedicated to delivering a refined and integrated network for the Department of the Air Force.
